Amplifi Technologies | Healthcare change governance
Amplifi helps health systems govern clinical and EHR change across teams and systems—connecting the original need, governance decisions, implementation work, validation, and outcomes without replacing the tools where work already happens.
Amplifi is currently in development. Early conversations and product walkthroughs are available.

Relationships
Continuity
Tickets and projects open and close. The change record keeps the purpose, decisions, conditions, and outcome connected across every handoff.
The problem
Healthcare organizations do not lack software. The EHR records clinical and build artifacts. ServiceNow records work and change items. Smartsheet and project tools record plans. Documents record evidence and policy. Committees record decisions. Analytics records outcomes. Each system is doing its job.
What is often missing is a continuous record of the change itself—the thread connecting the original need to governance, implementation, validation, and long-term result across those systems. The gap is continuity, not simply a lack of tools.
Every system faithfully records its own slice of the change.

Outcome measures
What is missing is the thread between them: why it started, what was conditioned, who carried it, and whether it worked.
Amplifi holds the change itself and connects each system’s role in it.
One persistent healthcare change
Purpose · Governance · Implementation · Validation · Outcome
Systems record the work. Amplifi preserves the story of the change.
The platform
Amplifi is a healthcare change governance platform. It represents a single healthcare change as a persistent record that holds its purpose, evidence, stakeholders, multidimensional risk, governance decisions, implementation relationships, validation, outcomes, and history.
The change persists even as tickets, projects, and build tasks open and close around it. A ticket is one part of the change—not the change itself.
Amplifi does not replace EHRs, ServiceNow, project tools, documents, or analytics platforms. It preserves continuity among them.
Work stays where work happens.
Context survives every handoff.
Your existing systems can remain authoritative for the work they already own. Amplifi represents the change and connects the meaning, decisions, relationships, implementation, validation, and outcomes around it.

Multi-path governance
A single clinical change can require several bodies at once—some concurrent, some sequential, some triggered only when a condition applies, and some overlapping in scope. Which bodies apply, and in what order, varies by organization.
Clinical Informatics
Concurrent review
Pharmacy
Required for medication impact
Nursing

Quality & Patient Safety
Conditional review
Privacy
Triggered by data scope
Security
Triggered by system scope
Architecture
Sequential, after scope
AI / Digital Governance
Triggered by model use
Operational leadership
Final readiness
Illustrative only. Governance structures differ across health systems.
Readiness is not a checkbox chain. It is the state of every path a change actually depends on, including conditions that remain open after approval.
Risk and impact
A single severity label hides what governance actually needs to know: which dimensions are driving the risk, who that implicates, and what it changes about the review path. Amplifi is designed to capture the dimensions that matter in healthcare and make the primary drivers explicit—not to reduce judgment to one composite number.
Which dimensions make this change consequential, stated plainly rather than averaged away.
What those drivers require: which bodies, which evidence, which conditions.
People weigh the tradeoffs. Amplifi structures the information they weigh.
Connected ecosystem
Epic, Oracle Health and other EHRs, ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams, specialty systems, and analytics platforms can keep doing exactly what they do. Amplifi connects their role in the change rather than asking work to move.
Amplifi change record
One change, connected to the systems that own the work
Work item in ServiceNow or Jira
The build or configuration effort that carries the change out.
Committee minutes, policy, or spec
The evidence and decision conditions behind the change.
EHR build or clinical content record
The system-of-record artifact the change touches.
Unresolved review or dependency
What is holding readiness, and which body owns it.
Post-live check or audit
Confirmation the change behaves as decided.
Analytics or reporting output
The outcome signal attached back to the original need.
Illustrative relationships. Early workflows begin with source-system references, links, and metadata. Deeper integration and synchronization are planned enterprise capabilities, not current partnerships, certifications, or native connections.
Source-system references, links, identifiers, metadata, and exported information support early workflows. No PHI is required for the governance layer.
Deeper integration and synchronization with enterprise systems are planned capabilities. Amplifi has no current vendor partnerships, certifications, or endorsements, and none are implied.
From need to outcome
Healthcare change does not travel a one-way conveyor belt. Governance runs alongside implementation, evidence returns late, conditions reopen decisions, and validation feeds the next change. Amplifi keeps the stages connected in both directions.
The clinical or operational reason the change exists.
Guidance, data, policy, and prior attempts.
The bodies required, in parallel and in sequence.
What was approved, with conditions attached.
Referenced work in the systems that own it.
Post-live confirmation the intent was met.
Measured effect tied back to the original need.
The record the next team inherits.
Governance and implementation run in parallel, not in strict sequence.
Implementation is not the finish line. Validation and outcome are part of the change.
Healthcare Change Intelligence
When changes stay connected, the organization accumulates something it cannot get from tickets alone: a record of how change actually moves. Amplifi’s intelligence is embedded advisory reasoning inside the platform—not a separate product, and never a governance authority. Every consequential decision stays with people.
Surface where a change lost its owner, its condition, or its follow-through.
Show what a change is waiting on and which body owns the unresolved item.
Find comparable changes the organization already governed, and how they went.
Advisory prompts when a change appears to be missing required review or evidence.
Compare how change types move across governance paths, teams, and time.
Retain how the organization changes, not only what it changed.
Amplifi doesn’t just remember what the organization changed. It learns how the organization changes.Long-term product direction. Predictive and comparative capabilities are not available today.
Initial focus
Clinical and EHR change is where continuity breaks most expensively, so it is where Amplifi starts. This is an initial commercial focus, not a separate product or an add-on. The same underlying change architecture is designed to support broader governed healthcare change over time.
The status quo test
If your organization can already reconstruct—quickly and reliably—the purpose, decisions, ownership, connected implementation, blockers, validation, outcomes, and history of a clinical change across your existing tools, without manual coordination, you may not need Amplifi.
ServiceNow, Excel, and your meeting cadence are not the problem. They do their jobs well. The cost is in the human effort required to keep them aligned.
The value is less coordination burden—and faster, more accountable healthcare change.
Founder and company
Amplifi Technologies LLC was founded by Anne King, whose enterprise healthcare IT experience is the direct source of the product thesis. Meaningful clinical and technology change routinely spans EHRs, ServiceNow and ticketing, spreadsheets, project tools, governance bodies, documents, meetings, implementation teams, and post-live follow-up.
Each of those systems is well run. What consistently goes missing is the continuous record of the change itself. Amplifi is being built to hold that record.
