Privacy Policy

This site does not require an account. The only personal information we receive is what you voluntarily submit through the early-access form or by emailing us — for example your name, work email address, organization, optional role or title, conversation type, and a description of the governance workflow you want to improve.

We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI) or any patient information through this site, and we ask that you never submit it. If you believe PHI was sent to us in error, contact us at hello@amplifitechnologies.com so we can delete it.

We use submitted business-contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule product conversations, and follow up about early access to Amplifi products. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, site delivery, and email. Those providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address and request logs generated automatically when a page is served) or the contact details contained in messages you send us, strictly to provide those services on our behalf.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law, and then delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information you sent us, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@amplifitechnologies.com.

As Amplifi products move from development toward availability, this policy will change. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we revise it.
